Reunion 2025

Dear Classmates,

Based on the responses by our classmates to our two questionnaires, we have set the dates and tentative format for our 60th BHS reunion in 2025:

Please reserve the following dates:

Sunday June 8th, Monday, June 9th, and Tuesday, June 10th, 2025.

The organizing committee is working on the details, but we have finalized the following arrangements:

  1. Sunday: Reception from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the reserved party room at Tony K’s. Meals, snacks, drinks, etc. can be ordered on an individual basis.
  2. Monday:  The Berea Historical Society will be open for us to tour their exhibits and relax in their common area between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

  3. Monday: Catered picnic dinner at the Lodge at the W.J. Green Picnic Area | Cleveland Metroparks. Any time after noon, we are welcome to gather there for the rest of the day (our reservation runs through 10:00 PM). This is a very attractive and casual environment just 2 miles from the center of Berea in the Metroparks where we can sit to talk in both an indoor setting and an outdoor, covered picnic area. We recommend that we all gather there by 2:00 PM for snacks, with the catered dinner being served around 5:00 PM.  
  4. Tuesday:  Catered light breakfast at the new Berea-Midpark High School between 10:00 AM and noon. After breakfast, a tour of the HS will be available for those who wish to participate.  In the afternoon, the Berea Historical Society will be open for our class to enjoy their exhibits.

In mid-January 2025, we will have finalized our plans and will have a cost for the reunion for you. At that time, we’ll start taking reservations.

Dear Classmates,

 Our 60th BHS reunion questionnaire was returned by 53 of our classmates.  Taking all of your responses into account, the organizing committee has formulated the following proposal.

  1.      An in-person reunion will be held Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday in June 2025;
  2.      Sunday: Reception from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the reserved party room at Tony K’s (or a similar site). Meals, snacks, drinks, etc. can be ordered on an individual basis;
  3.      Monday: Catered picnic dinner at the Lodge at the W.J. Green Picnic Area | Cleveland Metroparks. Any time after noon, we are welcome to gather there for the rest of the day (our reservation runs through 10:00 PM).
