Corlee Gillette

Corlee Gillette died March 17, 2022, after suffering a stroke. She leaves behind her niece Shayla (Aaron), brother-in-law Keith, aunts, cousins, and countless friends and customers who had known her over the past 75 years and through her work at Kenny King's, KFC, and Marc's. An avid walker, picture taker, baseball fan, and member of the Berea rec center, Corlee is now in heaven joining her beloved mother Lenore and sisters Cherene and Lenere. A Celebration of Corlee's Life Mass will take place April 23, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 250 Kraft St., Berea, OH 44017.

Corky and I have fond memories of chatting with Corlee at all the BHS reunions over the years following graduation. She would always greet us with the biggest bear hug and biggest smile. We will miss you Corlee.

Robert Courtade

My sister worked a summer job at Kenny King where she met Corlee. Decades later, if my sister came to town for Thanksgiving, Corlee would make a point without fail to visit her. RIP.
