Jim Quigley sent me a note on October 3, 2024, to inform us that his sister passed away:
Paula passed away in October of 2023 in France. She is survived by her husband Jonathan, and her siblings Win (BHS 1968), Bobbi (BHS 1970) and Jim (BHS 1971). Paula worked in radio and television for many years, primarily in Toronto, Canada. Later, she was involved in development work for nonprofit organizations. Paula moved to Toronto in the early 1970s. She later lived in England before moving to France for the last six years of her life.

I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of my friend Paula. We were very close in junior high and high school. When our lives took different paths after college, we lost touch with each other. I tried often, over the years, to find her, but to no avail. I knew her as a kind and dedicated person. I have learned that she was the second executive director of Wildlife Preservation Trust Canada. I have also learned that Paula lived in Cornwall, England with her husband Jonathan to work as a producer on several of the Durrell TV series made in the 1980s in which Jonathan was a director. Rest in peace, my friend.

I'm saddened to hear this. Paula and I were friends and both participated in Thespians (I never acted...lighting crew...). We both attended Ohio U, and occasionally got together there. I think she left and went to St Olaf College in Minnesota, and I lost track of her until now. Interesting that we both had careers in television...
